About
Dr. Shauna Collins graduated from UCLA School of Medicine (renamed David Geffen School of Medicine, UCLA) in 2008 and completed the Kaiser Permanente Family Medicine Residency in 2011. She specialized in obesity treatment and medical weight loss in private practice for several years before accepting a physician-research position with the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) in 2018. She currently travels full-time throughout the United States as part of her health and nutrition research appointment.
